The Ten Stages by dis-engaging from identification with the stream of thought objects, a space is created for awareness of the intuitive voice to shine forth unobstructed.

We feel our immediate surround fill with the power of loving kindness

May all beings be safe, happy, healthy, live joyously…..

Loving-Kindness initially, it can feel difficult to offer love to ourself

May I be free from inner and outer harm and danger. May I be safe and protected.

It is not meditation that stops the mind.

Meditation is when the mind becomes totally clean and receptive, and Infinity talks to the man,

learning the art of living.

Never be right or wrong, always be neutral.

We have to act under intuition

To live by our child within means to listen to our Intuition.

In short, emotional traumas are connected with our old self. By dropping the old self, traumas disappear automatically

We find it hard to be kind to ourselves because, from years of conditioning, we've become our own harshest critics

To practice this love meditation, sit still, calm your body and your breathing, and recite it to yourself.

We focus on our internal growth at The Stages, and nurture our path toward full recovery.

We make our painful sacrifices on our inward path to discover our truth in recovery

Meditation within the stages has to become a natural part of our being.

Especially at first as we engage with Ten Stages+, we become more aware of our rampant thoughts and violent emotional swings.

We don’t need to struggle not to have thoughts because that’s impossible.

Many of us are attached to a number of things that we think are crucial for our well-being.
