Practising Loving-Kindfulness makes us more resilient, more motivated to achieve our goals, and less likely to give up or feel overwhelmed when we fail or make mistakes.

We have found that more Loving-Kindfulness solutions in the ten stages are linked to less anxiety and depression. The more Loving-compassionate we have, the less likely we
are to engage in self-criticism, rumination, avoidance and self-isolation - processes that often contribute to feelings of depression and anxiety.
